We offer comprehensive home watch services tailored to the unique needs of seasonal properties in Northern Minnesota. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind knowing your property is being regularly monitored while you're away.

Standard Package

$70/month

Our standard package includes two visits per month to your property. During each visit, we conduct a thorough inspection of both the exterior and interior of your home, checking for any issues or concerns.

Each visit includes:

Exterior inspection for damage, security issues, or maintenance needs
Interior inspection for water leaks, pest activity, or other concerns
Systems check (heating, plumbing, electrical as applicable)
Detailed report with photos after each visit
Immediate notification of any issues requiring attention

Additional Visits

Need more frequent monitoring? We offer additional visits at reasonable rates to ensure your property receives the attention it needs.

Additional visits are ideal for:

After severe weather events
During spring thaw when water issues are more common
When maintenance work needs to be verified
Before your arrival to ensure everything is in order
