We provide home watch services throughout Northern Minnesota, from Swan Lake and Big Sturgeon to the Lake Vermilion area. If you're unsure if your property is within our service area, please contact us.
How often will you check my property?
Our standard package includes two visits per month. However, we can customize the frequency based on your specific needs, especially during severe weather seasons or when you have specific concerns.
What happens if you find an issue with my property?
If we discover any issues during our inspection, we'll contact you immediately with details and photos. Depending on the severity and your preferences, we can either address minor issues ourselves or coordinate with local service providers for more significant repairs.
Do I need to provide a key to my property?
Yes, we'll need access to your property to perform thorough inspections. We maintain strict key security protocols, and all keys are coded and stored in a secure location when not in use.
How detailed are your inspection reports?
Our reports include a comprehensive checklist of all areas inspected, notes on any findings or concerns, and photos documenting the condition of your property. Reports are typically sent within 24 hours of each visit.
Can you coordinate with contractors or service providers?
Yes, we can coordinate with contractors, maintenance workers, or other service providers on your behalf. We can provide access to your property and oversee work being done to ensure it meets your expectations.
